His work was quick and professional, left the job site clean and the repairs look good. The new gutter were cut short letting water in with every rain storm. Not covered up and looks good too.

He visited us to assess the situation and provided a clear and detailed quotation, which meant there were no unpleasant surprises when the work was completed. His pricing was fair, and the work was carried out with great care. The chimney was renovated, the ridge tiles were replaced, and the existing roof tiles that were still in good condition were reused without issue. The leadwork was finished neatly and to a high standard. Adam works thoroughly and left everything clean and tidy – even sweeping up afterwards. We are very satisfied with the results and will certainly call on him again when needed!

While doing the work he kept us informed and in the loop with what he was doing, what he came across that was unexpected and was always cognizant of our budget and ensuring that he advised us of any changes / additions that were not planned for. He also found a swallow nest in our roof with 2 eggs and carefully worked around it to ensure that the swallows would still have access to their nest, he googled their nesting times and he is returning after that period to close up the little opening he left. Very happy with the work done and will definitely highly recommend him without hesitation.

An important takeaway for me is that he takes legit pride in his work. - He works on your house on the areas that hard to inspect afterwards and you can trust he won’t take shortcuts. - I particularly liked the “haircut” he gave our valley despite the fact no-one but a satellite and other roofers in 20 years time is ever going to see it. (Added a before and after pic) - during the offerte he took plenty of photos and sat with us to explain in “normal speak” what our options were. He was very transparent. He takes a mix of long and short jobs so he’s sometimes hard to get a hold of - but given the positive experiences we’ve had I’d wait for him and keep in touch with him.

He worked from 10:30 to 17:00 without even taking a break. At the end, he told me that some of the repairs he had quoted were actually unnecessary, so he charged me a smaller amount, making the final cost nearly 20% cheaper. I was really astonished, I’ve never encountered something like this in the Netherlands.

It was a big job;... read more peeling back the old roof, replacing rotten wood support, adding insulation, replacing an old skylight, plugging an old kitchen exhaust and renewing zinc. He was very patient and helped through every step of the way, explaining each issue, with photos and advice for how to best solve each. He worked completely independently so the job could continue while we were at work / out. There was also an added challenge of a storm passing mid-job, he was able to seal everything up and avoid any leaks even during the storm. 3 wet autumn months have passed and no leaks.
