(Added a before and after pic) - during the offerte he took plenty of photos and sat with us to explain in “normal speak” what our options were. He was very transparent. He takes a mix of long and short jobs so he’s sometimes hard to get a hold of - but given the positive experiences we’ve had I’d wait for him and keep in touch with him.

The day of the work itself, Adam worked tirelessly and did an impeccable job, even replacing part of the neighbour's gutter. He also left the garden very clean after he insisted he would clean after himself. To top it all off, he is a great guy, always cracking jokes and I really appreciated that he took of his work boots when inside the house, something that no other contractor has ever done.
